Hey folks. Just wanted to pass on the new moves coming to theatres this weekend. There are a couple good ones coming out. Reign Over Me, starring Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle, enters theatres. This looks like an interesting movie and could be a little heart wrenching at times.
Another one that comes out is Shooter. This one stars Mark Wahlberg. I like Wahlberg and his turn as a retired and reclusive marksman that comes out of retirement and ultimately gets framed for attempting to kill the president looks good. Might have to check this one out.
TMNT, the new CGI Ninga Turtle movie, also comes out out on Friday. I am sure my son will be dragging me to this one. I'm sure I won't be the only dad being dragged there either.
Another kid movie, The Last Mimzy, is being released Friday. I don't know much about this one other then what I have seen on the trailers. I actually hadn't heard of it until the other day.
The Terrence Howard movie, Pride, will be released as well. Another inspirational, troubled teen, sports movie. Looks interesting.
Finally, for you horror fans, The Hills Have Eyes II. I heard the first one was really good, but I haven't checked it out yet. My wife doesn't like this type of film so I don't know of I ever will see it. Oh well, what can you do when the wife says NO?
Looks like a good bunch of movies. Check them out if you can. I'm still in awe of 300, so not sure if I will be going to any, but you never know.
