New Movie Releases - Friday July 18

There is really only one movie to see this weekend..has something to do with a guy in a cape with a bat fetish who is being chased by a clown....can't fucking wait!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously..getting a little twitchy waiting for this movie to come out...very excited!!!!




The Dark Knight - starring Christian Bale, Heath Ledger and Aaron Eckhart. The Caped Crusader (Bale) teams ups with Gotham's Lieutenant Jim Gordon (Oldman) and District Attorney Harvey Dent (Eckhart) to take on the city's newest villain -- The Joker (Ledger).

Nothing but awesome reviews, not only for the movie,but for Ledger's final completed role. And yes, they are still taling Oscar worthy!! Can't wait to see this one!


Mamma Mia! - starring Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and Amanda Seyfried. In an attempt to suss out her father's identity, a bride-to-be (Seyfried) invites three likely candidates to her wedding, resulting in a wild familial encounter that incorporates the hits of ABBA.



Space Chimps - starring the voices of Andy Samberg, Jeff Daniels and Stanley Tucci. Ham III (Samberg), the grandson of the first chimp astronaut, is blasted off into space by an opportunity-seeking senator (Tucci). Soon, the fun-loving chimp has to get serious about the mission at hand: Rid a far-away planet of their nefarious leader (Daniels). Fortunately for Ham III, two of his simian peers are along for the ride.

Transsiberian (NY) - starring Ben Kingsley, Woody Harrelson and Emily Mortimer. A detective (Kingsley) hones in on a seemingly innocent American couple (Harrelson and Mortimer) aboard a train headed to Russia from China.




Lou Reed's Berlin (Limited) - Lou Reed's 2006 live concert performance of his 1973 concept album "Berlin", filmed over five nights at St. Ann's Warehouse in Brooklyn, New York
