Generally, I wonder how the Extreme Team chooses. So many are so worthy of the hand(s) up. This time, I have to say I don't think it was tough at all. There's a spark in this young man, Patrick Henry Hughes, and an "energy" about him (and his support circle) that screams he is someone who can do, simply by thriving in his authenticity, wonders for millions. Kudos to the Hughes family and especially to the NBC Extreme Team for highlighting and helping these folks. OPRAH, PLEASE BRING THEM ON YOUR SHOW. And if some music producer doesn't support him in producing and distributing his music, we'll all miss out on the blessings of his many gifts. Patrick Henry, just don't stray from your authenticity. Stay true to your calling. I'll be watching and am launching a few emails to a few folks I know in music. I feel truly blessed. Thanks to all.
P.S. I would like to get the title and score to that final song Patrick Henry sang. Would you help?

I have to apologize, I missed this episode, I wish I wouldn't have. I youtubed this, and what an amazing story. From what I can tell the song was I Believe..originally done by Brooks and Dunn

I was wondering the song myself. Can't wait to hear it again. All though Brooks and Dunn do it well, there is a truth in the voice of Patrick Henry that is addictive. To hear those words come from an individual that leaps over obstacles every day of his life is something that cannot be explaind; it must be seen. I woke up this morning a better person for being able to watch this young man for an hour. HEY MUSIC INDUSTRY...A STAR IS PRESENT!!!
