New Releases
Adrift in Manhattan - starring Heather Graham and William Baldwin. The lives of three lonely strangers intersect while commuting on New York's 1 and 9 subway lines.
Blonde Ambition - starring Jessica Simpson and Luke Wilson. A young professional woman (Simpson) unwittingly becomes the pawn of two business executives in their bid to oust the head of a mega-conglomerate.
Confessions of a Superhero - starring Johnny Grant and Margot Kidder. Chronicles the lives of four mortal men and women who work as characters on the sidewalks of Hollywood Boulevard. This feature length documentary explores the fascination, obsession, and allure of fame through the eyes of these very unique people struggling to make it in Tinseltown.
The Game Plan - starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Johnson stars as a Professional Football player who finds out he has a daughter from a previous relationship. Chaos ensues. Good family movie, we quite enjoyed it.
The Hunting Party - starring Richard Gere and Terrence Howard. A young journalist, a seasoned cameraman (Howard) and a discredited journalist (Gere) embark on an unauthorized mission to find the no. 1 war criminal in Bosnia; they find themselves in serious jeopardy when they are mistaken as a CIA hit squad and their target decides to come after them.
Missionary Man - starring Dolph Lundgren. A mysterious stranger rolls into town on a unique motorcycle. All he carries is the bible and a desire for justice. Past vengeance collides as Ryder rights an injustice from his past and liberates the small town from a malicious oppressor.
Reservation Road - starring Joaquin Phoenix and Mark Ruffalo. After a tragic accident, a father must deal with the death of his son, while the other must deal with the fact he took the life of the boy in a hit and run. As a reckoning looms, the two fathers are forced to make the hardest choices of their lives.
Saw IV - Jigsaw and his apprentice Amanda are dead. Now, upon the news of Detective Kerry's murder, two seasoned FBI profilers, Agent Strahm and Agent Perez, arrive in the terrified community to assist the veteran Detective Hoffman in sifting through Jigsaw's latest grisly remains and piecing together the puzzle. However, when SWAT Commander Rigg is abducted and thrust into a game, the last officer untouched by Jigsaw has but ninety minutes to overcome a series of demented traps and save an old friend or face the deadly consequences.
Sex and Breakfast - starring Macauley Culkin and Eliza Dushku. Young couples experiment with anonymous group sex as a way to revitalize their troubled relationships. Through the experience they are forced to rethink the rudiments of a successful relationship: sex, love, and communication.
Sydney White - starring Amanda Bynes. A modern retelling of Snow White set against students in their freshman year of college in the greek system.
