The Amazing Race 12: Season Finale - January 20 Results

The Amazing Race 12: Season Finale - Ronald and Christina were the frst to arrive at the Pit Stop last time around, they left first. TK and Rachel were second followed by Nic and Donald. They are all off to Alaska. The final destination.

All three teams made it on the same flight, but Ronald and Christina went and researched where they had to go once they get to Anchorage, Alaska. Once they get to Alaska, head to Sixth Street Outfitters to get some clothes and their next clue.

Ronald and Christina were the first to get there and they got their clue. They had to go to Ship Creek Boat Launch for their next clue. TK and Rachel were next again, followed by Donald and Nic, but these two forgot their gear that they needed.

Once they get there they come up to a Detour. The first choice is to go through fish to find a clue. Gut them. The second choice is to go through a pool of crabs to find their clue. Ronald and Christina choose the fish gutting, TK and Rachel get lost, but only a little bit. Donald and Nic get there before TK and Rachel but have to go back to the Outfitters because they forgot their bag of gear.

TK and Rachel choose the crab task and get chewed up pretty good by the crabs and decide to switch but before they leave TK finds the clue. Donald and Nic get back quick and choose the fish task. They find their clue quickly as well.

Ronald and Christina find the clue quickly and get their clue. They have to head to climb a glacier to get their next clue. The get in a boat and cruise to their chunk of glacier. TK and Rachel and Donald and Nic are neck and neck.

Ronald and Christina get to their task and find out they both have to climb the face of a glacier. Ronald gets up no problem, but Christina can't get going. In the meantime Tk and Rachel show up and start their climb. Christina finally gets to the top followed quickly by TK.

They now must go to Merril Field by helicopter to get their next clue. The first two teams take off, while Donald and Nic come up quickly. Once they get their they come up to a Road Block. The task is a retake of the task from the previous 10 destinations. All three teams are racing through this task at the same time. Who will finish first. They are all struggling through it. Rachel gets done first....Woohoo!!!!! Christina gets done second while Nic continues to struggle.

They get their clue and must head to the statue of Captain James Cook. TK and Rachel, followed by Ronald and Christina, get their first and now must find the Salmon Hooker...a fish statue. They get their clue and now must head to the airport and then run to the finish line. These two teams are racing to the end!!!! Sooooo exciting!!!!!

TK and Rachel get there first!!!!! They are running to the finish line.....TK and RACHEL WIN The Amazing Race 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome, I picked TK and Rachel half way through the race after my other two choices got the boot. I thought for sure they would lose out and they almost did, but they percevered and won!!!

What a great season. This series jst keeps getting better and better!! I can't wait to watch the next season. This is one of the best shows on TV. Awesome!!
