Sorry...been a busy week, with being back at school. New job as well so it has been quite hectic. Anyway, here are the new releases for this weekend...
3:10 to Yuma - starring Russel Crowe and Christian Bale. About a rancher (Bale) who agrees to hold a captured outlaw (Crowe) while awaiting trial. Only the outlaw doesn't want to hang out with the rancher too much and attempts to escape as a battle of wills ensues. I have very good, good and not very good things about this movie. It will be interesting to see what happens as there is some Oscar buzz surrounding this one.
Shoot 'Em Up - starring Clive Owen, Paul Giamatti and Monica Bellucci. Owen stars as a man who is forced to protect a newborn baby that he delivered and its mother from a gang of baddies, led by Giamatti of all people. Supposed to be a lot of fun if you like the blood and ass kicking this movie has.
The Brothers Solomon - starring Will Arnett and Will forte as moron brothers who are out searching for love so they can provide a grandchild for their dying father. Hmmm?????
In the Shadow of the Moon - documentary about the surviving astronauts from the Apollo moon missions. These men share their stories about their amazing journeys.
Hatchet (limited release) - directed by Adam Green. A Slasher movie about a group of tourists who get stranded in a New Orleans swamp. Supposed to be quite good and one to check out!!
I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With - about a man and his love for food and women??? In Limited Release.Well that's all I have for you right now. check back tomorrow for the upcoming DVD Releases!!
