On CSI Miami Aug 4, 2008 there was a technical "wrong". The fire was supposed to have started due to the circuit breaker being taped over so the switch handle could not shut off. This is technically "wrong". The circuit breaker trips from an overload "internally". The handle plays no part in tripping except to show that it tripped. The handle is used only to turn or shut off the circuit breaker or to reset it. It is not needed to trip due to and "overload". Who ever said it was is an idiot!!!
